Reservations – To book your reservation, please call (360) 378-8159 or email <rentals@interisland.net>.  Once you have made a reservation, a security deposit of $100 will be required (see Paragraph 2 below).  The security deposit must be received within 7 days of making the reservation.  Thirty days prior to arrival, payment in full, plus sales tax, must be received.  If payment in full is not received, and no cancellation notice is given, the security deposit will be retained.  If a reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment, including security deposit, must be received within 48 hours of booking, or the reservation will be cancelled.  Payments may be made by personal check, money order, or by PayPal.  If deposits are made by PayPal, the fees charged by PayPal will be deducted from the deposit when it is refunded.   Security Deposit – All  rentals require a security deposit. The security deposit is refundable in full, within 14 days following the end of your rental period, if the premises are left undamaged, furnishings intact, utilities or other extra charges paid, and keys returned.  Renter is asked to leave dishes clean, strip beds of linens, start one load of laundry, replace any moved furniture to original location, and take trash out.  If necessary, a portion of your security deposit may be used for cleaning and/or trash removal if your the condo is left excessively dirty or littered, in our sole judgment.  Failure to return any house keys will result in re-keying of the condo, and re-keying expense will be deducted from the security deposit.   Occupancy – A maximum occupancy of 6 persons is permitted.  Additional guests may result in loss of the security deposit.   Pets – Pets are NOT permitted at the Uptown Condo.   Smoking – The Uptown Condo is strictly non-smoking.   Telephone Service – Local telephone service is available at the condo.  The phone number is 378-9694.  Long distance service is not included.   Cancellations – Reservations may be cancelled prior to 60 days before arrival date with no penalty.  Reservations cancelled between 60 and 30 days before arrival date will forfeit the security deposit, or $100.  Reservations cancelled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire charge for the stay, unless the condo can be re-rented for the same period for the same amount.  Reservations should be conveyed in writing or by telephone conversation with a person (i.e., no voice messages), to ensure that notice is received.   Arrival/Departure – Check-in  time:  4:00 PM.  Check-out time:  10:00 AM.
